¿Qué es un rodamiento de Rodillos Cilíndricos?

Estos rodamientos están formados por rodillos con forma cilíndrica, aunque no son cilindros perfectos realmente. Su perfil está rectificado en los extremos para reducir los picos de estrés tensional. Esta geometría resulta en una baja fricción y son idóneos para aplicaciones de alta velocidad.
Poseen una capacidad de carga radial muy alta pero muy limitada para carga axial.
