European Commission Decision Finding Infringement of EU Competition Law

On March 19, 2014, JTEKT CORPORATION (JTEKT) and some of its European sales subsidiaries for bearings were notified by the European Commission (Commission) of its decision finding an infringement of EU competition law. JTEKT has benefited from immunity under the EU leniency notice.
