We would like to formally introduce and welcome our newly appointed UK aftermarket Sales consultant/ Engineer John Bithell. John joins us with a career in Distribution making him a perfect candidate to show our Aftermarket Customers an understanding of their unique business requirements. John, pictured here on only his third day in the organisation  finding  himself at the Signet Trade Show manning the JTEKT Show stand at the Doncaster Rovers Football Club in the UK. On 11th September. 

JTEKT as VIP sponsors of the occasion were given a prime position to show a wide range of products and discuss with customers of the Major UK distributor at first hand.

The Signet Industrial Distribution team were in attendance to ensure positive and productive conversations took place and the feedback from Signet’s Sales Director Mr. Ian Slater reported the day as a resounding success with plans already in the pipeline to repeat the event in 2025.

Stories of loyalty in trading between our Partners in the UK are the subject of legends.

Counted among them is the 44 year successful relationship between Industria Bearings and Transmissions Limited and JTEKT

During a visit to the UK, our own Dimitri Loutfi in his role as Head of Aftermarket in Europe for Sales and Marketing was delighted to make presentations to the Father and Son Leaders of Industria. Dimitri emphasized the importance of this partnership to keep supplying the UK Market with high precision and genuine parts coming mainly from Japan.

Pictured on the right with Dimitri is Mr Remy Malik, son of Tarik accepting additional certificates to be displayed in the two other satellite Branches.

With the combined experience and dedication towards the future, the opportunity to grow and strengthen this united partnership is inevitable. Both Parties agreed to intensify their activities to enhance and promote JTEKT KOYO products in the UK.

JTEKT congratulates Team Visma | Lease a Bike and rider Olav Kooij, for winning the 9th Stage of the Giro d'Italia on the streets of Naples, Italy, on May 12.
